Tailgate service

COPE Sensitive Freight offers a national tailgate service that delivers a range of high-value and sensitive freight. We understand these goods are of critical importance to the success of your business and the satisfaction of your customers. That’s why we ensure your freight is delivered with care and planning, using our fleet of more than 350 modern trucks and trailers across Australia. Each vehicle is tailgated, compliant with Euro 5 emission standards and supported by a dedicated team of account and project managers, for your peace of mind.


We use a locally-developed, supported and hosted transport and warehouse management system that is available for our customers to access via an ERP interface or the web. Please speak to us about your integration requirements.

Warehousing and staging facilities

Our warehouses are designed to meet the individual needs of customers across a range of industries. We have staging areas in each warehouse to check, monitor, prepare, pack and manage items, according to the standard operating procedures for that customer. Our warehouses feature CCTV and security at each site, as well as three-phase power and warehouse management software to manage inventory.

Robust communication

We take the time to develop standard operating procedures for each product and induction processes for each location, to ensure we deliver a consistent experience at every site. This includes everything from calling the site prior to arrival and reviewing access points, to cleaning up and reporting back on progress. We are familiar with many of your customers and receiving points, saving you time and resources. Our real-time reporting gives you full visibility across every aspect of your transport solution, whether it’s one site or a national rollout. Design and construction

We work with trusted partners to deliver building design and construction advice to our clients, so you only need one project management team to get the job done. Our team will develop a project scope in collaboration with your team and ensure every aspect of the project is completed to the highest standards, from electrical joinery and engineering to fit-outs and interior design. We’ll ensure our logistics and installation plans integrate with any third-parties, to provide a seamless experience at every stage of the project.
